Paradise Management Consulting was formed by a group of senior consultants looking to assist their clients in the improvement of their business procedures. Our aim is to leave clients at the end of a project or assignment in a state of self sufficiency, using the systems and changes that have been implemented in an efficient and appropriate manner.

Through our combined experience, we have implemented systems across a very broad business and technology spectrum. The extent of the involvement in each of these projects has ranged from the very initial concept discussions and designs, through tendering and procurement to final sign-off and ensures full adoption of each element implemented. Clients have also ranged from small owner driven companies to large private corporate groups, to Government departments. While the bulk of the clients mentioned above are situated within the United Arab Emirates, we also have experience in South Africa and numerous European countries.
